Shannon Saulsbury is a food ethicist, writer, and the creator of The Radical Foodie, an online resource dedicated to furthering the movement of intentional food for the intentional mind. She enjoys writing on the topics of food justice, community, agriculture, and aesthetics. Shannon is currently finishing her BA in Philosophy from Green Mountain College in Poultney, Vermont where she enjoys working on their organic-method farm, serving up free community meals, and participating in the local food scene.
